Seasonal and innovative menus
blend Irish and Mediterranean cuisine. Located on the doorstep to Cork's finest
fish and meat markets, our chefs prepare each meal with the freshest local produce.
Choose a delicious start to the day from a variety of dishes: fluffy
omelettes, homemade bran muffins, tasty Irish breakfasts. The Pembroke opens for
breakfast from 7.30am to 10am daily. For lunch, a daily set menu and an
à la carte menu are both available and offer quality, smart cooking with
professional, efficient service. Signature dishes include The Imperial's Homemade
Seafood Chowder. Lunch is served from 12.30 - 2.30pm daily.
Night-time
at The Pembroke is an atmospheric experience, a true romantic interlude. Excellent
food and great wines, in your chosen company, will contribute to a memorable evening.
Discerning diners can enjoy both set and à la carte menus, with
confident, modern cooking from our award-winning kitchen team. Choose a Spiced
Parsnip and Sweet Potato Cream Soup or Smoked Salmon and Crab Fishcake to start,
followed by Grilled Fillets of Fresh Sea Trout topped with Toasted Almonds or
perhaps Roast Loin of Pork, stuffed & basted in Brown Sugar. Delight in a
Brandy Truffle Torte or a Glazed Lemon & Passion Fruit Mouse at the end of
your meal. For private parties, we are happy to tailor menus to your taste
and will put thought and consideration into creating a suitable wine list.

for dinner from 6pm daily, The Pembroke Restaurant at this luxury hotel in Cork takes last orders from evening
