 Deputy General Manager

Main Purpose:

Working closely with the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager is responsible for the smooth day to day operation of all departments within the hotel.  They will lead the team with enthusiasm and eagerness and ensure that service standards as well as budget targets are consistently achieved.


  • Previous experience in 4/5 star hotel
  • Strong Management,k Organisational & Communication Skills
  • A driven and ambitious person
  • Relevant hospitality / business qualification is desirable

Chef de Partie

Main Purpose of the Job: The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and presentation of foods to the standards of the Newpark Hotel. They will also be responsible for maintaining his/her area of work to the highest hygiene standards and to observe a proper system of food preparation and storage.  

Main Purpose:                        

  • To run the day to day operation of the station in the kitchen for the Cafe and Room Service.
  • To assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.


  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment (4/5* hotel)
  • Chef qualification – minimum 2 year training
  • Strong knowledge and passion for food handling, food standards and presentation
  • Thorough knowledge of HACCP
  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure

Sales and Events Co-Ordinator

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the Sales and Events department. They will also assist in the direction and supervision of the activities within the department.


  • Efficiency using Microsoft Software (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as are necessary for the proper fulfilment of your duties
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Hotsoft experience desirable but not essential

Experienced Fitness Instructor

Main Purpose of Job

To ensure effective and efficient operation of Leisure facilities by ensuring high standards of guest care and equipment are maintained. Responsible for guest focus/activities and promoting leisure facilities to future clients.


  • Must be Qualified Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the Health & Fitness  industry
  • Must have the ability to work in a very busy environment
  • Experience of White flag operations is preferable but not essential.
