St Patricks Day
St Patrick’s Day is celebrated in traditional fashion in the streets and hostelries of Dungarvan. Central to the celebrations is the fine annual parade which has up to fifty floats, bands and marching groups. The event brings up to 8,000 people onto the streets of Dungarvan and is one of the busiest days in the town all year. The town is twinned with Eire Pennsylvania, USA.
